If you are creative, enjoy innovation, have a passion for the fast-food industry and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to meet you_ **YOUR MANDATE** You will be responsible for setting the strategy to support brand growth as well as working with the operations group to assist with varying regional needs. **YOUR CHALLENGES** - Set overall communication/marketing objectives and report on these activities - Develop, implement and execute an innovative annual marketing plan for the brand - Analyze the market and submit appropriate recommendations to maintain the brand's leadership position - Design, writing, editing and approval of marketing initiatives - Definition of deliverable deadlines and follow up on them - Evaluation of the performance of the various marketing initiatives - Supervise the deployment and execution of campaigns in the field (mobility required) - Creating and maintaining franchisee/franchisor relationships - Support and advise franchisees in the creation, production and execution of local initiatives - Organization of annual marketing events and creation of presentation documents - Maintenance, management and administration of the brand's social network pages - Responsible for the accuracy and quality of the content, design and presentation of the brand website - Writing of memos, internal letters, press releases, etc. - Working closely with the various departments such as design, graphics, legal affairs and operations - Responsible for setting up programs related to marketing initiatives such as, marketing, customer service etc. - Responsible for updating the marketing training documents supporting the operation of the network - Marketing budget management - Negotiation and media buying, coordination of execution - Production coordination (print and digital) **YOUR PROFILE** - University degree in a related field - 5 years experience in a similar environment - High degree of autonomy to clearly establish the priorities and business plans needed for the brand - Ability to manage projects and communicate with senior management - Excellent knowledge of social media - Knowledge of the Microsoft suite and its various programs - Able to negotiate advertising rates - Customer service oriented and ability to manage customer feedback - Bilingualism, oral and written - Well-developed sense of creation and ability to think "out of the box". - Understanding market trends and ability to react quickly **WHAT WE OFFER** - Flexibility to work from home - Summer hours - Business casual attire - Company health and dental plans - Employee profit sharing plan with employer matching contributions - Employee assistance program with access to a wide range of services - Financial reimbursement for professional development and continuing education - Monthly company-wide recognition awards with quarterly and annual winners.
