**Job Description**:

You’re a key team player reporting to your _**_Chef & Managers _**_and directly contributing to our offerings and guest experience. You take pride in your work, _**_contributing to team success _**_and exceptional menu execution. You’ll learn our sought after set of systems and procedures and be first on the list for internal opportunities. You’ll bring professional, enthusiastic ownership each day; and contribute in setting our Food Halls apart to create a rave worthy guest experience_**

**The Day to Day**
- You welcome each guest and are comfortable taking orders, operating POS, and cash/take out apps
- You’re enthusiastic about the service ahead and proactively prepare, and organize your station of according to O&B standards
- You value the recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the restaurant
- You easily maintain a prep list of station duties
- Like us, you’re fanatical about cleanliness of food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
- You have availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays
- You have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- You have the ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting

**Qualifications**:

- Outstanding communication and guest service skills
- Previous experience processing orders on a POS an asset
- Prior food service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong desire to positively contribute in a team atmosphere
