The **Merchandise Replenishment Analyst**will be responsible for managing and optimizing the inventory levels of merchandise products within the various retail and warehouse environments of Cirque du Soleil. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantity, reducing stockouts while minimizing excess inventory. This is achieved through forecasting, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with internal teams.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory levels and identify items to be replenished. Manage stock movement and ensure that inventory is replenished according to merchandise demands.
- Track product performance to ensure that the right products are stocked, and underperforming items are identified. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like merchandise turnover and inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies based on business needs and product lifecycle. Continuously adjust replenishment strategies to adapt to markets.
- Partner with Senior Business Analyst to analyze inventory trends, stock levels, and sales performance as well as analyze historical sales data and market trendsto predict future demand.
- Collaborate with the buying teamfor purchasing forecasts.
- Partner with merchandising and store teams to ensure alignment on product availability and promotions. Communicate inventory updates and potential challenges to relevant team members.
- Recommend exit, markdown, and promotional strategies, as needed, based on data driven analysis.
- Prepare regular reporting and presentations on merchandise performance and inventory stock status levels.
- All other duties assigned.

**You possess the following professional and technical skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, strategy or equivalent
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in merchandising planning/analysis with high-profile brands within a fast-moving environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and robust organizational skills
- Strong understanding of retail and supply chain operations
- Knowledge of all MS Office and Adobe Products is an asset
