**Three (3) permanent positions available**:
**EVENINGS** Permanent Part-time (Combination of Shifts: 1500-2130, 1500-2230, 1500-2315)

***:
Responsible for personal care of the residents in an atmosphere of respect and dignity with a focus on resident quality of life, autonomy and independence.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Participation in the planning, organization, delivery and documentation of resident care
- Communicate resident needs to Team Leader, RN and/or Resident Care Manager.
- Practice confidentiality with regard to resident care and treatment
- Follow safe work practices in accordance with Sherwood Care’s Occupational Health and Safety Policies
- Be knowledgeable and adhere to facility’s policies & procedures, fire & disaster program

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- HCA certificate or equivalent with experience
- Satisfactory performance and attendance record
- Supportive of Sherwood Care’s health care philosophy and objectives
- Physical and mental fitness to perform duties and responsibilities

**Job Type**: Part-time
