**Job Summary**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide/Driver to join our team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time for the summer season. If you have a passion for sharing your love of Banff, Jasper, Yoho, and Kootenay National Parks, and creating unforgettable experiences, this role is perfect for you As a Tour Guide, you’ll lead groups on exciting journeys, ensuring every guest has a memorable time. A key part of this role is also driving transfers, so we require exceptional and safe driving skills.

**Duties**
- Lead guided tours for individuals and groups, sharing interesting insights about the locations visited.
- Adapt your presentation style to engage with diverse audiences.
- Drive guests safely and comfortably during transfers, maintaining excellent driving standards at all times.
- Manage time effectively to keep tours and transfers running smoothly while allowing for guest interaction.
- Answer guest questions and offer additional information as needed.
- Keep a positive, engaging attitude to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants throughout the tour and transfer.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to improve tour content and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent public speaking skills to engage and captivate audiences.
- Natural leadership abilities to confidently guide groups and manage dynamics.
- Exceptional and safe driving skills, with a focus on ensuring passenger safety during transfers.
- Good time management to stay on schedule, while being flexible when needed.
- Ability to communicate information clearly and in an engaging way.
- Previous experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
