**Position Overview** PINA Creation Inc., a leader in eco-friendly metal oxide nano inks and printed electronics materials, is seeking a highly skilled Nanotechnologist with expertise in designing, synthesizing, and optimizing advanced materials for flexible and rigid devices, including solar panels, sensors, and displays. This role will focus on developing next-generation printable semiconductor inks and thin films, optimizing them for efficiency, durability, and scalability in commercial lab-scale innovations into market-ready products. **Key Responsibilities** - Research & Development - Formulate stable, high-performance nano inks compatible with scalable coating and printing methods. - Develop strategies to enhance electrical conductivity, transparency, and environmental stability of thin films. - Testing & Characterization - Conduct comprehensive evaluation of material properties, film quality, and device performance. - Identify and resolve challenges related to film uniformity, adhesion, and long-term stability. - Establish quality control protocols for reproducible large-scale ink production. **Innovation & Integration** - Explore hybrid material systems for enhanced mechanical flexibility and thermal stability. - Integrate developed nano inks into prototype devices, ensuring compatibility with partner manufacturing processes. - Collaborate with process engineers to scale production from R&D to pilot-scale manufacturing. **Collaboration & Dissemination** - Work closely with internal teams, partner companies, and academic collaborators to co-develop and test new materials. - Contribute to intellectual property development and technical documentation. - Present research findings through publications, conferences, and industry events. **Qualifications** Essential: - **PhD in Chemistry (Materials Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or related nanomaterials discipline).**: - Proven experience in semiconductor nanomaterials for photovoltaics or printed electronics. - Strong expertise in nano ink formulation and thin-film fabrication. - Ability to lead projects from concept to commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Track record of publications and/or patents in nanomaterials, photovoltaics, or printed electronics. **Desirable**: - Experience with electron transport layers for perovskite or organic solar cells. - Knowledge of stability enhancement and encapsulation for flexible devices. - Previous industry, technology transfer, or commercialization experience. **Work Environment & Benefits** - Access to advanced nanomaterials synthesis, coating, and testing facilities. - Opportunities to collaborate with global leaders in solar, sensor, and display industries. - Competitive salary, research budget, and IP participation opportunities. - Innovative and collaborative environment supporting rapid product development. **Application Process** Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
