Dale Coleman Construction Ltd is seeking a full time permanent Superintendent in the medium size ICI Construction sector.

**Job Description**:
Supervising all sub trades and onsite personal
Coordinating and scheduling
Quantity take offs and processing orders of materials
Processing and delivering information to the client and project manager
Conduct and organize onsite meetings
Follow and enforce all rules of the construction site
Maintain schedule and budget onsite

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years construction experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working on wood frame,steel, and concrete structures
- Familiar with all aspects of construction
- Able to demonstrate safe construction procedures
- Able to work under pressure and long unusual hours as required
- Must have valid driver's license and transportation
- Minimum Grade 12 required
- Must read, write, and speak English
- Must be eligible to work in canada
- Ability to operate power tools
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50ibs
- Computer efficiency (MS word, excel, PDF Reader)

- Gold seal, LEED, Red seal, OACETT designations (1 or more)

- Carpentry Background experience

Salary based on experience

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
