**Job Description**:
The role of a Junior Project Manager plan, coordinate and execute limited size construction projects guided by senior PM. As a team member of a larger projects under the close guidance and supervision of the Main Project manager, the JPM should be able to carry on differential tasks to achieve the main construction project phases from Initiation to closing including perform a variety of tasks which include site supervision and progress reports.

The JPM will be assigned by the construction director to perform reporting and analysis tasks related to major construction projects.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Collecting the Client requirement and prepare the project Charter draft.
- Preparing and Maintain the project schedule using MS project.
- Submit the site information to be submitting to the consultants for design purposes.
- Support the Project manager at the permit process.
- Prepare tender request form and high-level scope of work.
- Assists in basic interpretation and verifying compliance with applicable health and safety, engineering standards and practices.
- Performs a variety of tasks which may include analyzing proposed project solutions to ensure client requirement adequacy, resource efficiently and cost effectiveness.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the senior engineering staff.
- Travel to different project sites and report back to the Project Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Construction Management or Engineering Degree.
- Understanding of general concepts of relevant civil engineering and Architectural areas.
- Experience in geotechnical is an add.
- Capability to draw Sketches and preliminary drawings.
- Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought.
- Capability to travel flexibly for site visits, inspection
- Must have an organizing methodology and efficient communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering sketches, design drawings and specifications.
- Ability to use MS projects and AutoCAD is a must.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction management or civil engineering
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience at construction projects.
