**What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)**:

- Lead job site preparation and clean up (masking, setting up equipment, housekeeping).
- Operate and troubleshoot spray foam equipment.
- Handle material and keep truck well stocked, clean and organized.
- Communicate directly with clients on site when necessary.
- Train and mentor entry-level helpers.
- Complete job reports and paperwork.
- Experience working in the trade and have a valid certification.
- Ability to take direction and feedback.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Genuine interest in improving the trade and growing with a company.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs, moving 550 lbs barrels around, working in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces), and on ladders/scaffolding.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to safety.
- A team player who can take direction and work collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license with 3 years of driving experience driving vehicle over 4,500kg.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a plus.

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
