Cashier Manager

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct product demos and upsell merchandise to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Train and mentor new cashiers on POS systems, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills through phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions with customers.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales, technical sales, or merchandising is advantageous.
- Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks during busy periods.
