**Responsibilities**:

- Minor Rough Framing and drywall patching at job sites
- Conduct necessary repairs and maintenance on existing structures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the job site
- Receive and carry materials and deliveries
- Perform minor excavation and demolition tasks
- Adhere to all safety procedures diligently
- Execute assigned tasks as directed by the project manager
- Always regard Health & Safety as paramount. Actively participate in the maintenance of safe working environments, and always lead by example. H&S Training / Certification Program provided
- Safely operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools, including hammer, drills, power saws, pneumatic tools, laser levels, chainsaw, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with a variety of building materials and tools
- Capability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Minimum of 2 years of construction experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in skilled labor
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Mileage will be compensated
- Secondary School education
- Willing to enhance knowledge to become site supervisor

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM
