**VOS TÂCHES / WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration et de manière professionnelle avec les directeurs des ventes du territoire local pour servir les clients du territoire.
- Effectuer des appels de prospection par des moyens tels que les rapports Dodge, les listes de marketing d'entreprise, les références, les médias locaux, etc. Répondre quotidiennement à tous les indices entrants.
- Assurer le suivi de chaque client/opportunité afin de minimiser le risque de perdre des affaires.
- Communiquer efficacement la proposition de valeur de Williams Scotsman aux clients. Anticiper et surmonter les objections et demander l'accord.
- Comprendre les offres de services essentiels et toute offre future de Williams Scotsman. Vendre les offres à tous les clients de manière proactive.
- Accroître les ventes des offres 360 en plus d'autres nouvelles initiatives potentielles.
- Communiquer de manière proactive des idées pour des offres 360 supplémentaires à la direction commerciale.
- Entretenir et développer les relations avec les principaux clients afin de garantir la meilleure valeur possible.
- Assurer le suivi efficace des buts et objectifs des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), suivre les progrès réalisés par rapport aux objectifs, et effectuer des ajustements en cas de retard sur les objectifs.
- Work closely and professionally with local Territory Sales Managers to serve customers in the territory.
- Conduct prospecting calls through means such as Dodge reports, corporate marketing lists, referrals, local media, etc. Respond to all incoming leads daily.
- Follow up with every customer/opportunity to minimize the risk of losing business.
- Effectively communicate Williams Scotsman’s value proposition to customers. Anticipate and overcome objections and ask for the deal.
- Understand Williams Scotsman’s Essentials Service offerings and any future offerings. Proactively sell the offerings to all customers
- Grow sales of 360 offerings in addition to other potential new initiatives.
- Proactively communicate ideas for additional 360 offerings to commercial leadership.
- Maintain and grow relationships with major customers to ensure best value is achieved.
- Effectively follow KPI goals and objectives, track progress versus goals, and make adjustments if behind on goals.

**FORMATION ET QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bilingue (français et anglais): parler, lire et écrire requis
- Plus d’un an d'expérience de vente, les ventes B2B, la vente consultative et les expériences de vente de solutions sont des atouts
- Des compétences et l’expérience antérieure en vente par téléphone sont préférables
- Diplôme d'études secondaires requis; baccalauréat préféré
- Une connaissance générale du processus de construction et des services de chantier est un atout
- Bilingual - French and English speaking, reading, and writing required
- 1+ years of sales experience, B2B sales, consultative selling, and solution selling experiences are pluses
- Previous successful phone selling skills preferred
- High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- General knowledge of the construction process and site services is a plus.
