Oxalis is a small owner-operated elevated European farm-to-table restaurant in Downtown Dartmouth.

We are looking for our Executive Chef’s partner in crime/ right-hand man/women who we hope to make part of our tight-knit team here to help lead the culinary team as Chef de Cuisine here at Oxalis. **Employment requirements**
- A completed chef’s trade certification from a culinary school or a 3-year chef apprenticeship
- 3+ years previous culinary experience
- Previous experience in a fine dining establishment is required
- Several years of experience in commercial food preparation, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity and Experience as a sous-chef, specialist chef, or chef.

Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory, Analyze operating costs and other data, Requisition food and kitchen supplies, Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
