**Duties and responsibilities**
- Thoroughly read and understand the doctor’s prescription
- Evaluate and correct models of any discrepancies
- Cold cure acrylic processing partials
- Trimming and polishing partial and complete dentures
- Relines and repairs
- Ensure all product is completed and meets Shaw standards and adjust/remake as required
- Clean any debris off the final models and product

**Qualifications**
- Dental Technology diploma, preferred but not required
- 2 years or more of experience is considered an asset
- Effective communication skills and the ability to read, write and speak English
- Knowledge of dental morphology
- Experience with implants considered an asset
- Designing cast frames considered an asset
- Ivocap heat cure investing and processing
- Laser welding considered an asset
