You have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and peers with diplomacy. You are open to accepting to changes and new challenges with a positive attitude. You are professional, respectful and able to follow directions both verbal and written. You have good time management skills and can work under strict time restrictions if needed. **Availability**: Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5:30pm No weekends or holidays **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Provide a safe, reliable and clean personal vehicle - Pick up and transport coworker and work supplies to, from and in-between jobs. (Paid for on company time) - Assisting with cleaning, training new members and client communication. - Follow employee handbook and all Chrystal Clean procedures, policies, and guides - Follow and complete client checklists and other required forms - Follow instruction and direction by management and team leaders - Maintain a safe and secure working environment by following Health & Safety procedures - Ensure security and confidentiality of all client's personal information - Ensuring cleanliness of all supplies and equipment OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED **Must be Bondable, no criminal record** SPECIAL NOTE: Persons hired are considered employees of Chrystal Clean. This is NOT a sub-contract, commission or "cash" job. You need to be eligible to work in Canada. Chrystal Clean employees receive company contributions to their Canada Pension Plan, and have EI coverage. Chrystal Clean also remits to the government on your behalf all deductions -- to prevent the surprise, end of year tax bill that can come with sub-contracting **Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Commuter benefits - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - Monday to Friday - No weekends Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay - Tips **Experience**: - Residential cleaning: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required)
