**What will you do?**

As an **_Outbound Sales Associate_**, you will ensure that customers get the best value for all their products/services. You will:

- Make outbound calls primarily to existing or past customers upselling additional services.
- Sell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers’ needs.
- Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Home phone, Programming and TV services
- Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize their needs
- Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets

**You will be a great fit if you have**:

- Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role where you have done outbound sales
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
- Experience following a script
- The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
- Equipment is provided however you will be required to connect the computer directly to the modem with an ethernet cord while working - WIFI is not compatible
