**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Sand and polish finished drywall surfaces to achieve a flawless appearance.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and painters, to ensure project timelines are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in drywall installation, finishing techniques, and surface preparation.
- Familiarity with construction painting methods is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions.
- Experience with caulking and other maintenance person skills is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various conditions.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
