**GAME CAFE ATTENDANT (Full-time) Markham location**

**Duties**:

- Greet all customers warmly when they arrive, and provide prompt check-in service.
- Make recommendations, explain rules and provide assistance as needed.
- Process payments accurately and responsibly.
- Explain escape room rules, themes, & background stories, and monitor game room progress and provide hints as needed.
- Assists with cafe bar as required.
- Responsible to maintain the general housekeeping of lobby, cafe, game rooms, and washrooms.

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Enthusiastic and outgoing
- Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced environments
- A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't require constant direction
- Organized and have attention to detail
- A good team player
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
