We are hiring a Store Manager Trainee for a temporary position at our Twisted Goods location at The Centre Mall in Saskatoon. A successful Store Manager Trainee would be in training to transition into a full-time Store Manager position beginning in January 2026.

Twisted Goods is an independently owned retail gift company with five current store locations in Calgary, Saskatoon, and Edmonton. Our products include gifts, home décor, personal accessories and more; and we keep a consistent focus on sourcing products that are local, sustainable, functional and beautiful. Our business is based on DIRECT input, effort and ideas from all team members - from the part-timers to the store managers.

**What we are looking for**:
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a store manager in a high-volume store
- Minimum 1-year experience in leading a team
- Strong team building & recruitment skills
- High levels of organization and time management
- Motivated to achieve sales goals, and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Computer skills (basic computer and internet skills, MS office programs)
- Merchandising knowledge
- Experience in inventory management and shipping & receiving
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
- Creative problem solving skills
- Fun, high energy, positive attitude
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Desire to grow with a great company
- Available to work evenings and weekends when necessary
- Holds themselves to a high standard of excellence and sets the example for those around them

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
