- RN or RPN required
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing
- 5 years of recent nursing experience required
- Previous LEAN project experience (preferred)
- Demonstrates actions to support continuous quality improvement, risk identification and provides leadership for change management.
- Proficient in Cerner documentation
- Knowledge and awareness of patient flow processes
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Satisfactory Attendance

- Ability to guide, teach and facilitate learning for staff
- Demonstrates ability to deal with and promote change

**ACCOUNTABILITIES (Major Responsibilities of the Position)**
- Collaboration with CKHA's Operation Committee to support activities to improve (TTIB)
- Participation and leading process improvement initiatives with a focus on TTIB
- Ensures accurate and timely implementation of change initiatives
- Participate in Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) cycles for change initiatives
- Identifies gaps within the patient flow process
- Provide staff real time feedback and support
- Seen as a role model in critical thinking, practice, professionalism, communication, and
relationships.
