**Kinetic Construction Ltd**. has an opportunity within our Vancouver Branch for a **Project Coordinator** to provide administrative, clerical, and client/subtrade liaison support to the Project Management and Estimating Teams as required.

**Position Specifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline/equivalent experience
- 0 - 5 years’ experience in Construction
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards
- Basic understanding of construction sequences
- Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet and Procore
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
