**Job Overview**
As an Insider, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our food service environment. This position requires a blend of food preparation, customer interaction, and efficient handling of transactions. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Experience with serving and cashiering is a plus.
