Work in the exciting field of private aviation. Flightpath Charter Airways is a private jet management and charter company with offices based at the Region of Waterloo International Airport. We manage over 15 aircraft based at various airports across Ontario and Quebec.
Position Overview:
This will be an evolving position with tremendous growth potential in both sales and administration. Applicants with a solid background in sales and sales management are encouraged to apply.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide daily assistance and administrative support to our sales team
- Management of CRM including inputting contact information, tagging, creating campaigns and marketing.
- Management of workflow for sales team
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in business administration or related experience
- Experience with CRM systems (Experience with Pipedrive an asset)
- Experience in aviation an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
Wage is commensurate with experience and training.
**Salary**: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
