Macaron Assistant

We are a Montreal-based macaron company specializing in wholesaling our products to cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other establishments across the city. We are passionate about creating high-quality and delicious macarons. We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily production of macarons
- Follow recipes and production guidelines with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace at all times
- Help with packaging and preparing wholesale orders for delivery
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are always upheld

**Requirements**:

- Pastry or baking experience required (macaron experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work mornings and/ or extended hours as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Work Location: In person
