**Job Summary**: Responsible for overseeing functions of the gift basket team to ensure daily production goals are met.

**Employment Type**: Seasonal Contract / Full-time - Immediately until end of December 2025.

**Reports to**:Senior Merchandising & Marketing Manager

**Job Duties**
- Design seasonal gift baskets in accordance with Denninger’s standards, including but not limited to product selection and colour schemes.
- Order and prepare products for basket production.
- Keep track of daily production by recording daily logs.
- Calculate prices of baskets and print labels.
- Supervise team and delegate tasks accordingly. Assist team in production when needed.
- Arrange basket supplies for production.
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure baskets meet production standards.
- Organize and manage distribution.
- Maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Fulfilling daily start and end of day duties.
- All other duties as assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous team lead experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and demonstrate a hands-on leadership style.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization.
- Must be comfortable using a computer, including Google Applications.
- Adaptable to changes in production schedules.
- Some Saturdays may be required.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Bend and stoop to grasp objects.
- Bend and twist the upper body, reach above and below shoulders.
- Bend and lift loads, up to 50 pounds.
- Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation.
- Environmental exposure to cold temperatures.
