**Please note that the school is located in Brampton, Ontario and you will be working from this location and office.**

We seek an individual who has strong work ethics and is highly organized in their work; someone who follows instructions and welcomes feedback for their improvement. This position requires a person who is outgoing, keeps up with market trends, technologically and social media savvy and willing to learn new things.

Responsibilities of this position include:

- Deliver the curriculum as per the course syllabus including theory and practical training
- Develop and prepare various teaching methods as appropriate for the various course topics
- Prepare, administer and grade evaluation criteria to assess student progress
- Ensure and enforce student code of conduct and regulations that must be followed in the classroom
- Attend meetings with the management to share and receive feedback
- Maintain accurate attendance and evaluation records
- Promote in-school services to clients and maintain client records
- Promote school product lines
- Adhere to strict professionalism and work standards, maintain objective and professional-only relation with students.
- Be able to effectively resolve conflicts or problem-solve with students and clients
- Ability to deliver training online using Zoom or Google Hangouts is a must.
- Other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications - Mandatory:

- Diploma in Aesthetics program from a recognized college or university in Canada
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the field or,
- Minimum 4 years of industry work experience

The work schedule can vary from Monday to Saturday, 30-35 hours per week. Please state your availability when applying.
