Matrix has an incredible opportunity for Excavator Operators in Penticton, BC. This role includes many benefits including LOA per day of $220 or $3080 per rotation (tax free), Turn around travel of $375/day, Personal Pickup Allowance (if you own a pickup) of $100/day, and Night Shift Premium of $2.50/hour. This is a total of $4,855 in extra benefits The pay range is $36-$38/ hr, depending on experience. Our client is progressive, award-winning, industrial service provider

**Extra Benefits**:

- $220 LOA per day
- Turn around travel: $375/day
- Personal Pickup Allowance (if you own a pickup): $100/day w/ provided fuel card
- Night Shift Premium: $2.50

**Shift Details**:

- 12 hours a day
- 7 days a week
- 14 days on an 1 week off
- Daily OT

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in the civil or forestry industries
- Reliable transportation for travel to multiple work locations
- Basic experience working with hand tools
- Take direction and be a team player
- Experience pulling grade and sloping (with or without stakes) an asset
- Experience running equipment near underground sewer and gas lines and/or overhead wires and power lines an asset

**Qualifications**:

- Valid non-restricted driver's license and clean driver abstract
- Completion of Corporate and site-specific Orientations
- Drug and Alcohol testing
- Basic PPE to be supplied by the worker are boots, hardhat and glasses. Client will provide any specialized PPE.
