Cook Polyvalent Breakfast

Job Summary:
French is needed

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook breakfast / brunch according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Assist in the planning and development of menus
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
- Serve our guest, and collect the payments in French and English

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Knowledge of service and cash register
