Homefront Landscape is hiring a full time landscape foreman:
$35.00/hr STARTING pay with yearly raises ,full time Mon
- Fri, possible weekends pending weather. Relocation assistance possible.

Following skill sets:
5 years Landscape construction foreman or Lead Hand-Leading a crew of 2-3 crew members. Reading landscape design plans, locates and permits.

Job skills:

- Understanding grade, height, rise, levelling, raking, screeding practices, and compaction
- Concrete techniques needed for forming, pouring & finishing concrete for hardscape underpayments ,walls, coping, and occasional full pours.
- Mason capabilities an asset for natural stone pavers, veneers, walls, and pillars.
- Carpentry capabilities: involving all types of tools for outdoor living structural framing.
- excavation experience with excavators and skidsteer, proficient in transport, & knowledge of general maintenance maintenance.
- knowledge of plants an asset, installation of plants, trees and shrubs during initial planting is important to help with company warranties
- Use of ground control mats in any situations to limit impact on property and surrounding property
- Driving dump trucks

leadership skills:

- keeping communication with designer, management, and customer
- Dailey progress reports
- Working on targeted budget for project
- up holding company culture and warranty to all aspects of the projects
- keeping crew safe, motivated and aware of any hazards.

Winter:

- snow plowing operations

Commercial snow plowing

License needed : G

AR, DZ, AZ an asset.
