JOB SCOPE: As a member of the Marketing Team, the main responsibilities of this role is to prequalify inbound marketing leads and seamlessly hand those which qualify to the Strategic Industries Team. During the qualification process, the SDR is also responsible for answering all Top of Marketing Funnel contact inquires and serves as the central point of contact for them. Aligning Multiview’s products to meet client’s needs is the key to this role’s success. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Pre-qualify all inbound marketing leads and respond to them and connect them to the appropriate Business Development Executive (BDE) as necessary. - Manage their respective inbound marketing funnels - Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning. - Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads COMPETENCIES PROFILE: - Sales Development Skills - This role requires qualifying top of marketing funnel opportunities and drive interest for Multiview through networking and lead generation opportunities - Prospect Scoping - This role influences 100% of all client experience who purchase or wants to purchase Multiview Financial Software. Understanding how to derive expected outcomes and offer best practice recommendations to achieve those outcomes with Multiview software is vital to this role - Teamwork - works with multiple teams cross-functionally, and must know how to effectively address the needs of each team while always keeping the client’s outcomes as the driver - Problem solving - Proactive in anticipating and uncovering prospect needs. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to meet the requirements of the project are required - Interpersonal Skills -Ability to effectively communicate and work with various team members both internally and externally. Strong verbal communication skills are required - Organization - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure the smooth transactions of Multiview based - Initiative - Seeks, accepts and completes new tasks using own initiative; works independently with little supervision. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in sales or customer service environments - University degree and/or Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field would be considered an asset - Flawless communication skills, both oral and written - Working knowledge of the SaaS based market or the ability to learn new software skills quickly - Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member with high energy and a growth mindset that interfaces well at all levels within organizations - Highly adaptable, flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving and ambiguous environment - Excellent at "qualifying" and prioritizing opportunities - Strong technical aptitude and able to work hands on with products - Experience selling direct or via channel would be considered an asset Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general responsibilities and level of work being performed by the incumbent of this job and additional duties may be assigned as required to perform this job.
