We are seeking a dedicated Head of School with a passion for the Montessori method. In this role, you will nurture a strong and supportive school community, ensuring that every child benefits from a high-quality learning experience. You will lead and inspire our school team, guiding them towards reaching their full potential.

**Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education licensing regulations to achieve a clear license annually in compliance with the Child Care and Early Years Act for Quality Improvement
- Ensuring delivery of a high standard inclusive Montessori program, meeting AMI standard.
- Coordinate and implement a range of community outreach and promotional activities to recruit children and families to achieve optimum enrolment in programs
- Stay informed about provincial licensing requirements and ensure the daycare adheres to all regulations.
- Actively engage with the local community, building partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Building a strong community among staff, parents, and children.

**We’d love to talk with you if you possess**:

- Passionate in Montessori method
- AMI/ MACTE Certified Montessori Teacher, RECE/ OCT
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Montessori experience and childcare management.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario's childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Ministry of education Director Approval
- 2 Step TB
- Updated Immunizations (Tetanus, MMR)
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- ⁠Standard First Aid & CPR Level C- Within 3 months of hire
