**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Superintendent, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Create and/or edit job descriptions, create requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and publish job postings;
- Support the pre-employment verification process;
- Responsible for starting the new hire process for all Agnico Eagle divisions & coordinating onboarding for new employees in Nunavut;
- Responsible for Nunavut hourly recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, pre-employment, offer preparation);
- Update and manage the accuracy of all the reports for recruitment KPIs (Weekly Reports & Statistics);
- Be the point of contact for recruitment vendors and reviewing invoices;
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest recruitment standard and philosophy.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field combined with a Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources;
- 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Mining experience is considered an asset;
- Proficiency in the use of the French language as you will be working in collaboration with other Agnico Eagle sites where French is the primary language;
- Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Sharepoint.

Note that the official working language of our Nunavut operations is English.

**Your Work Schedule**:

- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A combination of tele-working with presence at our offices in either Val-d’Or, Rouyn-Noranda, or Mirabel, QC. Occasional visits to site may be required.
