Position: Arcade Attendant, FULL-TIME

**Salary**: _$16 Per Hour_

Mira Amusement Group is a privately held company specializing in the operation of arcade rentals and a Family Entertainment Centre, located inside the Mega Centre de Sources, 46-C Brunswick
Blvd., Pointe-Claire.

- **Essential Job Function**:_
- Demonstrate a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanour at all times.
- Provide outstanding customer service ensuring a safe, fun-filled memorable gamer experience, making our gamers feel appreciated and welcome.
- Assists patrons of amusement facility and explain how various games are played.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with guests to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Actively monitor the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages.
- Responsible to keep Amusement Centre organized and maintain a clean facility.
- Sell game cards and offer redemption prizes.
- Removes obstructions, repositions mechanism, and observes machine operation to define whether malfunctions are present.

- Physical & Environmental Demands: _**:

- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Mobility to navigate the Arcade area and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 100 lbs. Must be able to work flexible hours including: evenings, weekends, and holidays.**_
