We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Wedding Coordinator/Decorator.

As an Assistant Wedding Coordinator/Decorator, you will play a vital role in supporting our lead coordinators in planning, organizing, and decorating weddings and events. You will help ensure that every detail is executed flawlessly, from setting up decor to managing logistics on the big day. This is a casual position that requires availability on weekends and evenings, making it ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time work in the wedding industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist lead coordinators with wedding planning and day-of coordination
- Set up and tear down event decor, including tables, chairs, centerpieces, and other decorative elements
- Ensure all decor elements are styled according to the client's vision and specifications
- Coordinate with vendors, such as florists, caterers, and DJs, to ensure seamless execution
- Help manage timelines, guest flow, and any last-minute changes or emergencies
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and vendors
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for weddings and event planning
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and move decor items and stand for long periods
- Previous experience in event planning, decorating, or a related field is an asset but not required
