- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation by sanitizing tools and equipment after each use.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice on hair care.
- Upsell products and services to clients, enhancing their overall experience while contributing to salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere that fosters creativity and teamwork.

**Skills**
- Strong hair styling skills with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proven customer service abilities that ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling products is highly desirable.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness standards within the salon.
- Front desk experience is a plus, including appointment scheduling and cash handling.
