The Opportunity

As Manager in our Family Office line of service, you will have the opportunity to support the growth of our KPMG Family Office and assist our clients in managing their affairs, both for investments held personally and by holding companies and/or trusts. Your strong organizational skills and resourcefulness will allow you to effectively manage the operations of several KPMG clients through our IT platform and ensure that they receive superior client service, all under the supervision of experienced colleagues.

**What you will do**
- Setup our clients' investment structure on our Family Management Office platform.
- Produce and analyze data using the platform to produce and present financial and performance reports.
- Ensure that transactions are correctly registered in the platform.
- Ensure that large payments, such as capital calls or instalments are completed in a timely manner and are executed compliantly.
- Preparation of transfers of funds
- Collect information to file tax returns.
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Ensure that clients receive superior service and act as a key point of contact for all matters relating to the client's business.
- Ability to maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Uphold a high-level of confidentiality and precision

**What you bring to the role**
- CPA designation required
- Canadian Securities Certification (CSC) required
- Knowledge of stock market investments, private equity, and alternative investments
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar activities
- Established experience in accounting cycle and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Exceptional sense of service and adherence to the highest standards of professionalism.
- High level of attention to detail
- Skills and interest in working in a fast-paced and growth environment.
- Superior level of professionalism in performing duties.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude.
- Proactive approach and ability to work under pressure
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
