**The Job**
As a **Bilingual (French/English) Remote Sales Specialist **for a major telecommunications company,** **you will place calls to existing and past customers:
- Making outbound calls to promote various services such as TV, internet, mobility, security, and home phone.
- Building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
- Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
- Ensuring customers receive optimal value by reviewing their accounts
- Building meaningful connections with all customers through active listening, empathizing, and collaborating to find effective solutions

**You’d be a great fit if you**
- _Are fluent in speaking, writing, and reading both French and English_
- Are a sales-oriented individual with at least 6 months of sales experience (Knowledge of up-selling, win-back, and renewals are an asset)
- Have previous call center experience
- Have a quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Have experience with computers and the ability to multitask proficiently across platforms.
- Have the ability to connect a computer directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable while working
- Minimum home internet speeds of 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
**Recruitment process**
- First interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team on Zoom
- Completion of required assessments
- A second interview with an Operations Manager
- Equipment deployment or shipped depending on location
- Attend day one training on MS Teams from the comfort of your home
