We are seeking an **Experienced Carpenter** to join our growing team—someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with others, and understands the importance of both efficiency and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **framing, finishing, and general carpentry** on residential and light commercial projects.
- Read and interpret **blueprints, drawings, and specifications** to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials such as wood, steel, and engineered products.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors, apprentices, and subtrades to maintain workflow and quality.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with **BC Building Code**, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Assist in **site layout, demolition, installation of windows/doors, siding, decks, and interior finishes**.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and contribute to a safe job site environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ** Minimum 5-10 years of carpentry experience** in residential or commercial construction.
- Proven ability to complete framing, finishing, and renovation work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to **read and interpret construction drawings** accurately.
- Strong understanding of **building envelope and structural systems**.
- Valid **driver’s license and reliable vehicle** (required).
- ** Red Seal certification** or equivalent experience preferred.
- Own basic tools and PPE.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
