What you'll do:

- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders (in-person, phone, and online), and answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and allergens.
- Enter orders into the POS system, process payments, provide change, and manage dine-in and takeout orders efficiently.
- Assemble and package food items, ensure quality and freshness, and follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep service and dining areas clean and organized, wipe surfaces, dispose of waste properly, and bus tables as needed.
- Restock supplies like napkins and condiments, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages to management.
- Work well with the team, assist during busy times, upsell menu items, and follow all company policies and health guidelines.
