Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their product selections, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If you have a passion for cannabis and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system
- Maintain inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulations
- Keep the dispensary clean and organized
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy dispensary
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Cashiering experience to handle cash transactions accurately
- Retail sales experience to provide exceptional customer service
- Multilingual skills are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Retention bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CanSell License (preferred)
