We are currently looking for an additional Dispatcher to be part of our team. The potential position holder must have among others, at least 2 years relevant Winnipeg courier dispatch experience with excellent knowledge of the city streets and efficient planning route skills.

**Job Duties**:

- Plan and schedule courier routes to obtain efficient customer coverage and optimize driver proximity
- Assign pick-up and delivery destinations to courier drivers systematically and efficiently
- Provide back up routes to drivers when needed/requested
- Respond promptly and competently to customer calls
- Establish rapport with customers and uphold truthful customer service with accurate information to inquiries. Secure customer trust by ensuring a high level of accountability RS Express embraces on every single order
- Review and follow through on your commitment with the customers
- Acknowledge the importance of customer concerns and ascertain customer satisfaction by resolving customer concern proficiently and when necessary, referring them internally for action
- Maintain supportive liaisons with team members
- Sustain progressive working knowledge of RS services, policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as necessary, required, requested and/or delegated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
