**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
- Load and unload materials and tools at job sites, ensuring everything is organized and accessible.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, adhering to safety standards.
- Help with site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris as needed.
- Follow directions from supervisors to ensure project timelines are met effectively.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety practices on the job site.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
