As a Retail Sales Associate, you embody our aspiration to engage, listen and guide customers to products that resonate for them. Our approach to skin and body care involves meticulous attention to detail, using only high-quality efficacious ingredients to awaken the self and the senses. We welcome customers into our retail spaces and through intentional connections deepen the way our products are experienced. In demonstrating products that address customer needs we deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to our overall success.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate and communicate with coworkers, customers, service providers, as well as warehouse and production employees.
- Process sales transactions/cash handling/daily reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Merchandise as per branding guidelines.
- Various retails sales duties as required.
- Maintain inventory management, including ordering, restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills to ensure accurate transactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn quickly about new products and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.

This position is at our new location in Duncan at 102 Craig Street across from Just Jake's Restaurant.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
