We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric **FP&A Customer Success Manager** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they successfully adopt and utilize Limelight to its full potential. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance, support, and expertise to help our customers achieve their FP&A objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
- ** Value Realization**: Help customers maximize the value of Limelight by identifying opportunities to optimize their FP&A processes and leverage the platform's full capabilities.
- ** Product Adoption**: Drive adoption of Limelight's features and functionalities, encouraging customers to explore new ways to improve their financial planning and analysis.
- ** Sales Support**:Work alongside our sales team to demonstrate Limelight to prospective customers.
- ** Customer Advocacy**: Act as a voice of the customer within Limelight, providing feedback to the product and development teams to enhance the platform and improve the customer experience.
- ** Renewal and Expansion**: Proactively manage customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Limelight's solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Strong Finance and Accounting Background**: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- ** FP&A Expertise**: Proven ability to create comprehensive financial models for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- ** Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and manage relationships with customers at all levels.
- ** Presentation Skills**: Confident and engaging presentation style, capable of delivering product demonstrations and training sessions.
- ** Proactive and Solution-Oriented**: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for solving customer challenges.
- ** Quick Learner**: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies, and adapt to changing customer needs.

**Added Value**:

- Experience with FP&A software or ERP systems like Sage Intacct and NetSuite.
- Understanding of data visualization and reporting tools.
