**Job Type: Warehouse & eCommerce Lead**

As a Warehouse & eCommerce Lead, you actively contribute to Company objectives through the handling, care, storage and distribution of goods to ensure that customer service standards are maintained and that all products and sales goals are achieved.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of service including each step of the shipping process and warehouse responsibilities
- Handle all incoming shipments from third party distributor and inter-store merchandise transfers
- Scan, pack, and load all outgoing inter-store transfers
- Pack all outgoing shipments, always recognizing the value of the product and the importance of excellent presentation of all shipments leaving our facility
- Process internal document and shipping labels
- Ensure quantity and/or quality discrepancies are accounted for and adjusted appropriately
- Maintain all warehouse processing and stock areas to ensure they are well organized and that all goods are easily accessible at all times
- Perform replenishment functions ensuring all goods are “floor ready”
- Participate with the store team in achieving all aspects of service, store readiness, merchandising and restocking of product, store cleanliness, control of assets, health and safety practices and compliance with Sporting Life policies
- Report any absence of or defect in equipment or protective devices to the Operations Manager/Store Manager
- Promote health & safety consistently in all aspects of the business

- Strong sense of urgency in dealing with business and staff needs
- Basic knowledge in: P.C., AS400 and Purolator On-Line System, scanner, ticket machine and pricing equipment
- Desire to continually learn and develop knowledge around products
