Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales revenue. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a B2B sales environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Commission plus base salary or pure commission

**Duties**:

- Call customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Build relationships, create invoices and estimates
- Provide product information to customers
- Upsell additional products to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Post facebook market place ads
- Call leads within 1 minute of getting them
- Sell our services and products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales is required especially a home improvement store
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and invoice creation
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to upsell products and effectively communicate product features to customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales orders
