As an Estimator working in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will support new and ongoing project growth and challenge industry standards with your trade-driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects - ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion - you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success.

**What you will do**Contribute to the bid process cycle.- Identify project-specific prices for labor, equipment, and materials.- Accurately interpret technical specifications with a keen eye for detail.- Perform thorough quantity take-offs to ensure precise contract specifications and pricing.- Maintain a focus on client pricing requirements for project feasibility.- Cultivate relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals.- Explore innovative solutions and opportunities within the parameters of the project.

**This role could be for you if you have**A University Degree, College Diploma or certificate in Engineering or Construction Management. Or a combination of education and industry experience.- A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration.- Experience building relationships with industry and project stakeholders.- A comprehensive understanding of the bid process cycle.- Critical research skills used for identifying and analyzing project-specific expenses.- Expertise in quantity take-offs to guarantee accuracy in contract specifications and pricing.- Strong computer skills, specifically with estimation software.
