Soos is a 45 seat, intimate restaurant. We're looking at a busy summer / patio season with an additional 15-20 seats. We're open 5 evenings a week for dinner, Wednesdays to Sundays, from 5:00pm.

We're looking for a part-time bartender for 4 shifts per week. At least 2 years' experience working in a restaurant bar or cocktail bar required. Classic cocktail knowledge is a must; basic beer and wine knowledge is required. S\

hift starts at 4:00pm and runs to approximately 11:00pm on Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and approximately 12:00am Fridays and Saturdays. Shifts are flexible and there is room to grow to full time availability. Bartender would be responsible for service drinks for the restaurant, as well as a small bar section (7-8 seats). Tip pool is split evenly with servers. Nightly staff meal and drink.
