**CCA Permanent Casual**

**We are looking for enthusiastic Continuing Care Assistants to join our team. Join a team that clearly wants to make a difference in the lives of our sixty-one residents.**

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of a recognized Continuing Care Assistant Program
- Currently registered and in good standing with Nova Scotia CCA Registry
- Experience in continuing care an asset
- Demonstrated passion in working with residents with a focus on resident centered care
- Demonstrated communication skills, initiative and empathy skills
- Proven reliability for shift coverage
- Ability and confidence to work independently
- Physically able to perform duties of the position
- Regular attendance is required
- Must be able to provide a current vulnerable sector check

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide direct personal care and support to the residents of Queens Manor

**Schedule**:

- Shifts can be 4, 8, & 12 hours and may be days, evenings and nights, including weekends and holidays.

**Rate of Pay**: As per Union Contract
