**Client Experience & Events Specialist**

**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: $42,000-$52,000 (based on experience)
**Schedule**: Flexible M-F schedule with occasional evenings and weekends for events
**Vehicle Required** (Mileage reimbursed at current CRA rate)

We’re on the hunt for a fun, detail-loving, people-first superstar to join us as our **Client Experience & Events Specialist**. If you’re equal parts organized and outgoing, plus a little crafty, you might be exactly who we’re looking for

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Event Magic & Planning**
- Plan and organize client appreciation events
- Be the “hostess with the mostess” at our Seller Workshops—everything from invites, RSVPs, snacks, and smiles

**Client Love (aka Gifting Genius)**
- Brainstorm, create, and deliver meaningful gift ideas for closing days, home anniversaries, thank yous, and random punny “pop-bys” (your Pinterest board finally gets its time to shine)
- Coordinate birthday, home anniversary, and other celebration mailings
- Manage our _Home-ees Club_ for our raving fans — including organizing gifts and mini-events

**Marketing & Creative Content**
- Dream up scroll-stopping content, and bring it to life with fun visuals, clever captions, and our brand voice—then keep it all running smoothly with a content calendar and consistent posting
- Keep our marketing and web content up to date—including managing our blog, updating our websites, and suggesting improvements to keep everything looking polished and on-brand
- Design property feature sheets, engaging newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Create listing, buyer, and other presentations and packages
- Design and coordinate mailouts for our farm areas (including Canada Post logistics)

**Listing Prep & Styling**
- Prepare homes for photography and showings—turning on lights, fluffing pillows, hiding clutter, and making sure those toilet seats are _always_ down
- Help with light home styling and staging support—adding finishing touches and sourcing simple decor to make our listings shine in photos and showings

**Local Love & Leadership**
- Plan and participate in team volunteer activities
- Help manage the e2 Business Networking Group: track referrals, coordinate teams, and update our blog, member info, and event calendar on the website

**Admin & Behind-the-Scenes Brilliance**
- Maintain our client database to ensure accurate, up-to-date records
- Pay bills and manage our team budget (yes, you’ll be our spreadsheet ninja)
- Pitch in with last-minute errands and unexpected team needs—with a can-do attitude and a smile

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to come equipped with the following:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills—you’re the kind of person who figures things out and keeps things moving
- A creative mindset with a practical streak—you’ve got ideas and the ability to execute them
- A warm, enthusiastic personality and a genuine love for helping people
- Strong computer skills, including confidence with Google Suite, PDF editors, and Canva
- Tech doesn't scare you—you're quick to pick up new programs and systems, and you’re comfortable using everyday office tools like printers, scanners, labels, and other gadgets
- A team player who also shines working independently

**Bonus Points (Awesome, But Not Required)**

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you also bring:

- Real estate experience
- An eye for home styling or staging is a big plus
- Familiarity with Command (KW platform)
- Basic Google Ads and Facebook Business Suite knowledge
- WordPress, Quickbooks, YNAB experience
- A secret obsession with puns
